Jennifer Walters ND…
My journey toward integrative medicine began many years ago. I’ve worked as an Emergency Room Charge Nurse (RN, BSN), Critical Care Transport Nurse, Trauma Nurse and Medical-Surgical Telemetry Nurse for over 20 years. I chose to attend Naturopathic Medical school to combine the best of natural and conventional medicine, providing an integrative approach for my clients.
My inspiration for a patient-centered Primary Care practice, focusing on Firefighter/Police health, came from a very personal experience - my own firefighter husband. Although he stated he felt “fine”, he seemed off to me. In depth screening was performed and found that his coronary arteries were nearly completely blocked - this resulted in coronary bypass surgery that ultimately saved his life.
I knew from that moment, that I needed to focus my practice to care for those that risk their lives to save others. Heart disease and cancer are much higher risk for those who work in Emergency Services!
Kendra Moody ARNP…
I’ve worked in healthcare as an RN for over a decade in the Emergency Department and Gastroenterology. With a desire to further my nursing career, I graduated from Gonzaga University with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree in May 2026.
I was drawn to work in Integrative Medicine to spend more time with my patients, focusing on on a whole-person care approach. I have known Dr. Walters for many years from our time together in the ER, and felt compelled to be part of the team providing care for our first responders.
I live in Snohomish County with my husband, two kids, and our pets. My favorite things to do are spending time outdoors with my family, workout, and reading - I participate in two multi-genre book clubs.

On a personal note… (Dr. Walters)
I have lived in Washington State my entire life, residing in Monroe since 2004 with my husband, an Assistant Fire Chief in Snohomish County. We have 2 grown daughters, grandchildren, and 4 dogs, all of whom we love spending time with.
When I’m not caring for patients, you’ll probably find me enjoying the outdoors of the Cascade Mountains — hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, camping, gardening, traveling and doing home projects.
